• Compatible with X Blade
The resawing conveyor allows you to quickly adjust your cutting width on X Blade multiple rip saws.

• Feeding Rollers
Equipped with 6 feeding rollers (Diameter: 60mm ; Length: 350mm), it is convenient to move long and heavy wood pieces, up to 5000mm.
Rollers can be motorized in option for automatic feeding if required.

• Pneumatic Control
After loading the wood piece on the conveyor, the cutting lines shown by the laser beams from the multi rip saw will be visible.
Simply step on the pneumatic foot pedal to move the conveyor forward or backward from the operator position. This allows the user to correctly align the wood piece with the machine lasers prior cutting.
The conveyor travel distance is about 650mm with a working width range from 50 to 700mm.

• Guiding Fence
To ensure perfect alignment when feeding lumber into the multi rip saw, a dedicated guide can be attached on the conveyor, replacing the one from the multi rip.

• Height Limitation Bars
This conveyor is designed with three height limitation bars. This protects the operator from loading wood material that is exceeding the maximum working thickness of the multi rip saws. Depending on the model used, the height of these bars can be adjusted into three defined positions set at 120, 150 or 170mm high with bolts and nuts.

• Connect to Machine
The resawing conveyor can be easily attached to the infeed of machine. The plate made to support the original machine fence is pre-drilled with 4 holes. Connect the conveyor to this plate with bolts and nuts.
