How to Choose Your Saw Blade?

Saw Blade Selection Depends on Applications & Material Thicknesses.

• Wood Material Splitting
Use thinner saw blade (about 3.2mm) to prevent waste.

• Wood Material Edging
Use thicker saw blade (about 5.0mm) to be steady.

• Thick Wood Material Processing
For a better chip removal when cutting thick pieces, we recommend to use saw blade with less teeth (about 48 to 60 teeth).

• Thin Wood Material Processing
To reduce the contact pressure, it is preferable to use saw blade with more teeth on thin wood pieces (about 60 to 81 teeth).

• Dense Wood Species
When ripping wood species with high density, using a saw blade with more teeth helps to reduce the load on each tooth.
