Procedure for Changing Saw Blade

Step 1. Access Door
Wait until the spindle completely stops and open the front door of saw blade case.

Step 2. Lower Spindle Arbor
Turn the handwheel of the saw blade (Clockwise direction) to let the saw blade spindle get down to the bottom.

Step 3. Loose the Tightening Screw
Use the attached hexagonal wrench to loose the tightening screw.

Step 4. Remove the Blade
Take off the tightening screw, the saw blade and external saw washer. Carefully grab the saw blade with both gloved hands and put it down.

Step 5. New Saw Blade Positioning
Clean up the internal/external washers and install the new saw blade. Watch out for the direction. Align the pin hole of the saw blade with the holes of the internal and external washers in order to fit the locating pin.

Step 6. Tighten the Screw
Use the attached hexagonal wrench to tighten the tightening screw.

Step 7. Raise Spindle Arbor
Turn the handwheel of the saw blade (Counterclockwise direction) to lift it up to the proper height, which is usually about 8mm higher than the thickness of the wooden material.

Step 8. Secure the Door
Close the access door to the saw blade. Due to the security device, the power only starts after closing this door.
