The Advanced Edger is Equipped with 8 Spring-loaded Pressure Rollers.

• Perfect Grip
Setting the correct working thickness is essential to achieve a good grip with the top pressure rollers.
If it is set too high, it may loose the workpiece and ripping may not go smoothly.
If it is set too low, it may add too much pressure on the springs of pressure rollers and damage them.

• Width & Sequence
Depending on the position, the roller width varies from full size to half size. This allows the saw blade to safely cut through all the wood thickness with respect to the maximum value set by Xtra Sharp.

• Roller Stand
Each roller is securely attached to its individual stand to guarantee smooth feeding, while facilitating the maintenance operations.

• Dual Springs
With 2 springs per roller stand, the pressure is uniformly distributed on the workpiece, increasing its stability and therefore the ripping accuracy.
