Procedure for Setting Spindle & Rollers’ Heights on Multi Rips

1. Spindle Elevation
Turn the handwheel located at the rear of the machine to adjust the height of the saw spindle.

2. Roller Elevation
Turn the handwheel located at the front of the machine to adjust the height of the infeed and outfeed pressure rollers.



In option, it is possible to add a motorized lift with up & down buttons on the control panel to facilitate the roller elevation settings.

3. Saw Arbor & Roller Positioning
To reach high cutting performance in the safest conditions, the carbide tips of the saw blades must be positioned at the exact distance from the chain conveyor to ensure they cut through all the wood thickness.

In addition, setting the top pressure rollers at the correct working thickness is essential to achieve a good grip.
