X Blade: How to Mount Saw Blades?

Procedure for Mounting Saw Blades & Spacers on Multi Rips

1. Saw Arbor Positioning
Adjust the handwheels to raise the saw spindle and lower the pressure rollers. The purpose is to free up sufficient space for loading the saw blades onto the saw sleeve.

2. Define Configuration (Saw Blades / Spacers)
It depends on the desired width of the output material. The operator needs to determine the exact sequence of spacers to load the saw blades at the correct positions. Below is an example of a configuration using 5 saw blades to rip lumber into 4 pcs of 30mm each.

3. Mount Saw Blades & Spacer Set
Strictly follow the sequence set in the chosen configuration and load the saw blades and corresponding spacers.

4. Tighten the Nut(s)
Use the attached tightening keys to lock the nut(s) for the saw blades/spacers and/or the saw sleeve. It is important to use the attached adjustable wrench on the saw arbor post to correctly tighten the nut(s).
