Chain Conveyor Description

• Chain Elements
The chain conveyor consists of several chain elements that are securely fastened to each other with no spacing. When running, this prevents wood chips from getting into the machine.

Chain elements are made from Taiwanese Cast Iron, which offers high strength properties and excellent wear resistance.

• Chain Bed & Wheels
The chain elements are mounted on two smoothed and hardened steel guide rails. Then, the chain conveyor is moving over one gear wheel connected to the feeding motor and one idle wheel.

• Cleaning Brush
A brush is used on the inner part of the conveyor chain. This is to ensure there is no chips going from the chain elements to the mechanism of the traction and idle wheels. It is also possible to add a second brush for the outer part of the conveyor if necessary.

• Auto Lubrication
All rip saws are equipped with an automatic lubrication system that ensures permanent lubrication of the chain. When oil level reaches the low level limit, the machine will automatically stop and a warning lamp will light on.
