Machine Maintenance Procedure

1. Frequent Cleaning
Daily cleaning of the machine and its surrounding is required for maintaining stability and durability of the machine. Those includes chain conveyor, saw arbor, pressure rollers and safety systems.

2. Chain Lubrication
Automatic lubrication system has been designed to provide intermittent lubrication to the conveyor and its components. Clean up the sediments inside oil tank every 6 months to maintain the lubrication system in good condition.

3. Reducer Lubrication
Replace lubricant after the first 300 working hours. Afterwards, renew it every 1000 working hours.

4. Moving Parts Lubrication
Every week, use the grease gun to grease the moving parts with recommended grease. Those include sawing shaft bearings and shaft elevating control.

5. Belt Tension Adjustment
The first time for belt tension adjustment is when the machine reaches 200 hours of operations. Then, the next adjustments will occur every 800 hours.

6. Belt Replacement
When installing the new belt, it is essential to use one from the same brand with the same serial number.
