Power Supply Connection Procedure

1. Check Voltage
Before connecting the power wires, it is essential to verify that the voltage between the machine and the power source is the same. The machine also needs to be properly grounded to prevent any injury from electrical shock.

2. Qualified Personnel Only
Only trained technicians can perform electrical connections on multi rips.

3. Open Circuit Condition
Press the emergency stop switch to place the machine under open circuit condition.

4. Power Off
Verify the power source switch is off.

5. Make Connections
Connect the power wires to the electrical control box.

6. Review Connections
Inspect each connection point.

7. Measure Voltage
Tighten the bolts and check whether the voltage in the three-phase configuration is all the same, without shortage in any phase.

Note: Insufficient voltage from factory power source may affect the power output of the motor and the function of the controller. Thus, it is important to connect the multiple rip saw to a correct and independent power source.
